Returns and Exchanges

We are committed to full customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping.  Please note:  you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.

Cancellation (Need to cancel an order?)

Please contact us as soon as possible.  If your order has NOT ship, we can cancel the order.  If it has shipped, we cannot cancel order.  Once you receive package, you can return it.  We will reply to you letting you know if the order was able to be cancelled or not. 

 

SHIPPING

How long does it take for a product to ship?

We ship all orders within 1 business day after payment is cleared.  All packages are shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS).  Each package will have a tracking number so you can track it. 

Estimated Shipping Arrival Time

We do offer faster shipping which you can choose during checkout.  Following are the estimated time frame for shipping:

First Class Mail -- 3-10 business days

Priority Mail – 2-4 business days

Express Mail – 1-2 business days

(Business days are days the US Postal Service are open.  Meaning no holiday or weekends) 

If you need an item by a specific time, please upgrade your shipping option.  This way it will get to you on time.  Please know that we have no control as to how fast the US Postal Service takes to get the item to you.  We can assure that it will be in the mail within 1 business day after payment is clear, but once we give it to the US Postal Service, it is out of our control as to how fast it takes them to get it to you.

Need to Ship to Another Address?

Please contact us with the correct shipping address.  If your order has NOT ship, we will gladly change the shipping address for you.  If it has shipped, we are not responsible for your package.  Please note:  unless you get a confirmation from us confirming address has been changed, your will ship to the address at checkout.
